SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the delicate nature of the Talavera we require all buyers to contact us for a shipping quote. We personally package each order, assuring our buyers that their order is well cared for to avoid any shipping damages. Once you place your order simply email us using our contact page or directly by email at talaverademipueblo@gmail.com. We ask that you include your order number in the subject and we will contact you with a quote. 

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 10-day return policy for non-damaged items in their original packaging. All custom orders, special orders, non-stock orders, sale/discount items are final sale and cannot be returned. Upon delivery to the customer, the customer has 10 days to return item(s) for a partial refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping/delivery charges cannot be refunded. If item(s) are received damaged, the customer/buyer has 2 days to contact us via email and file a claim, please provide an explanation of the damage as well as pictures of the damage. If the buyer does not contact us within two business days to report damage to items we will assume all items arrived non-damaged and any damaged incurred was done after delivery in the hands of the customer and any attempts to return will be denied. For all freight deliveries, if you notice extensive damage to the carton/package it is best that you deny the delivery and have the item returned to us, so that we may file a claim with the shipping company. The customer/buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and expenses. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging with the original sales receipt, we also ask that you please provide a written explanation of why the items are being returned to better our process. If item(s) are lost or damaged during return to us, the customer/buyer is responsible for filing a claim to the shipping company, all refunds and exchanges will be processed once returned items are received.  Once we have received your return we will review and inspect the items and notify you whether your order qualifies for a full or partial refund.Any cancellations must be requested within 24hrs of order placed.

Talavera de Mi Pueblo are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. Talavera de Mi Pueblo will not sell, disclose, or rent any information provided to us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, we will contact you prior to sharing any information deemed necessary to fulfill orders such as shipping; if you do not give authorization to do this we will not share your information, and will ask that you personally contact any organizations needing information. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. You may choose to opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do so by sending an email to us, with the subject line “email opt out”. You may contact us at any time if you have any questions or concerns regarding any information you have provided us. Any and all sensitive information submitted via our website is protected. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is transmitted to us in a secure way. Please look for a lock icon when accessing any website and prior to submitting any sensitive information. We also protect your information offline; only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
